Special thanks to
Our Minister needed a haircut and we wanted to use this opportunity to help provide COVID-19 vaccines to some of our most vulnerable neighbours around the world.
Our minister, the Reverend Robert Adams, offered to get a “buzz cut” as a fundraiser to support UNICEF’s efforts to distribute vaccines to vulnerable populations around the world. Don’t worry, we left some stubble so he doesn’t get a sunburnt head! The “Buzz” happend after worship at St. John’s Presbyterian Church on August 1st, but the fundraising campaign is still ongoing for you to contribute towards our goal.
A donation of $25 will provide a 2-dose vaccine to a global neighbour. This includes vaccines, per-person cost for transport, cold chain protection, health worker training, and safe disposal of needles and waste. Global vaccination against COVID-19 is the biggest health project in our lifetime - and you can help.
By making a donation, you’ll help write the ending of our global pandemic story. Thank you for joining us in this endeavour!
